Welcome to Wilmslow Rifle Club

Wilmslow Rifle Club is one of the largest smallbore shooting clubs in Cheshire. We have 30 regular shooters, who participate in a range of competitions – national, regional and internal to the club.

Our range is in Handforth Dean, just north of Wilmslow. We have a 25-yard heated indoor range.

We shoot at card targets - specifically a white card on which is printed a black disc, the aiming mark. The innermost ring scores 10 and then following in descending numerical order 9, 8, 7, etc.  Most 25yd competitions are shot on ten bull cards. The shooter fires sighting shots to zero the rifle, and ten scoring shots on a ten bull card, one shot on each black diagram.
