If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

We may collect details of your visits to our Websites including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, required for our own billing and administration purposes.

We are committed to keeping your data confidential. The data you supply to us may differ depending upon whether you are a member or a non-member. We process information about you for the purpose of providing said information to our members.

If you are an existing member, we may email you with information about further questionnaires, reports and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous contact with you.

Information about you is disclosed to our members in the context of the provision of services and reports to them in connection with the Questionnaires that have been performed. We do not control the further dissemination or use of this information by our members.

If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use or our applicable Standard Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wilmslow Rifle Club, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Sources of Information

We receive information that you submit to us and we may receive information from our members who may be your employer or potential employer.
